M/34/5'3" [SW:138.8 lbs CW:104.2lbs] I think I am now at a good weight and need to add lots of core exercises to my plan to tone up the skinny fat area around my mid section. Thoughts? Should I continue with just cardio and go down to 100 or switch to core?

M/34/5'3" [SW:138.8 lbs CW:108.4lbs GW:100 lbs] Not much progress in the last month, gets harder at this height and weight. But looking to get the last of the fat off my midsection. Looking back its surprising how much thinner my face looks too.

M/34/5'3" [SW:138.8 lbs CW:109.9lbs GW: 100 lbs] Took just over 7 months but finally under 110lbs. It's been a slow burn over the last month or so. Feeling pretty good.
