M/48/6'5" [SW:338.0 lbs / CW:338.0 lbs / GW:300 lbs] Starting again today. Just like many people, I've tried over and over. However, I'm ready to dedicate myself again to better health starting today. First goal is 300 lbs. Then, we'll go for another goal from there.

49/6'5"/M [SW:338 - CW: 280 - GW: 240] Lost 58 lbs. so far. Been at it for almost 14 months now and have lost 58 lbs. I'm happy with the rate of loss. While I still have some knee problems to address, having some of this weight off certainly helps. I'm looking forward to continuing the progress!
