Where to buy the disks used in acupressure mats? I know they are not dangerous but can still hurt with enough pressure, perfect for crafting torturous things like a bra or that sort of things. But I'm unable to find them online. Any idea?

Anyone knows where I can find these huge D-rings? 10 or 12cm (~4 inches) of inner diameter. I cannot find them anywhere, I only find smaller rings. I'd like to craft my own suspension cuffs.
