Unintentionally got fat over past few years in an office job from bad habits and no exercise. Started to enjoy junk food and beer too much and pounds won’t budge. Content requests & donations welcomed

Was told to cut back on beer because getting “a little heavy” and my “waistline is getting a little too round, got a beer gut growing.” Switched to seltzers. Do I look a little slimmer? Or do the pizza and donut habit need to go as well?

Wondering why the scale keeps going up and the tankini is getting tighter when I just ate an entire app of mozzarella sticks and whole pizza after a day by the pool. Just a starter belly though, right?
