Is my occipital lymph node swollen. I think it popped up 2 days ago. Ive had a small cough. Is a little moveable and doesn’t hurt when pressed. Is it swollen is it dangerous? I’m still a teen and i think i have health anxiety, am i overthinking it? I’m kinda skinny if that helps
