I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this lip problem. it looks like the textures are loading on top of each other but I have not been able to fix it

Had this issue out of nowhere. On patch 2.13, Haven't installed/updated mods released after patch 2.2.

$any one can help me ? when i launch the game this error pop up A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. E:\Games\Cyberpunk 2077\red4ext\RED4ext.dll RED4ext could not be loaded.$
