My Name Is Tanino (2002), Rachel McAdams and Meredith Ostrom are both fully topless for a while in this movie rated PG-13. It's unexpected cause you woudn't expect such lengthy topless nudity in a PG-13 movie, especially not in one that isn't from the 80s.
