I know my dick isn’t small when hard. It’s almost 7 inches. But does anyone else’s get this small when soft?? The first pic is coming in from the cold. Almost non existent lol. The second and third is me out of a hot shower. Pretty average I think? And the last is fully hard. Thoughts??
