50(F) 5'3" 111 lbs (no scale at home so this was my weight at the Dr's December 2022) - Two months after posting my first normal nudes, my body has changed even more dramatically due to full menopause. I try to keep in mind that we all just have to do the best we can 🙆 and laugh a lot!
