I started on 15/02/2026. I take Estradiol valerate 2 mg twice daily sublingually. And I take Spironolactone 100 mg, half a tablet in the morning and half at night. I already have gynecomastia, and my body is quite soft. What kind of changes can I expect over the next six months?
