This memorial in Jersey City is dedicated to Julio Severino and Yavalier Rodriguez, who, on Nov. 1, 2003, were struck and killed by a vehicle in Jersey City as they stood outside their vehicle. Their friend, Louis Soba, was nearby in their vehicle (owned by Severino's fiancee) but luckily survived.
