The suicide note and images from the scene of the death of Kurt Cobain, the lead singer and guitarist of American band Nirvana. Cobain was found dead at his home in Seattle, Washington from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head on 8 April 1994, having died 3 days earlier.
