A 66-year-old woman with advanced cirrhosis of the liver was found dead at her residence. Autopsy revealed she'd died of a lobar pneumonia, secondary to cellulitis of the left arm. The cellulitis originated in a dog bite she'd sustained about 20 days earlier.
