Leave your nose alone, it looks great just the way it is. Many of the surgeries I have seen as of late, leave the nostrils strangely defined. Her's look like teardrops or triangles at the right angle. Surgeons making bank off of women's insecurities. I'm not against surgery, most is unnecessary.
